From tasting the catering, helping you choose the flowers, booking the best hair and makeup artists, recommending an experienced team of photographers and videographers to making sure that you have a band that will have your guests dancing until the sun comes up… leave everything to us. Planning, coordinating, managing and making certain that everybody is in the right place at the right time, this is our job.

The Full Wedding Planning service includes our assistance from start to finish, from the first email to the wedding day itself. We will help you to plan, organize and coordinate your BIG day, making your ideas and dream wedding come true. We will guide you and source all suppliers and different services that you need and most of all, we will be there on your wedding day to ensure everything and everyone delivers, a service just the way you have imagined.

If you have already organized everything and booked the suppliers for your wedding day, then this is a service for you. The Wedding Day Coordination consists in managing of the actual day.
We will be your Wedding Day Coordinators and our role will be the coordination of all services you have booked so that you can enjoy, have fun, laugh and dance. Glamour Algarve Weddings will handle everything so that you have the day you have dreamed of!


Wedding venue

At the beach or in an ornate church, in a hotel, a marquee or a rustic farm. The venue is one of the first decisions you will have to make. Like the dress, you will feel when you find the one! And if not, we will give you a hand.

Wedding Cakes

Chocolate with lemon cream filling, red velvet, almond (our traditional fruit), classy, naked, with mini profiteroles or ‘pasteis de nata’ (our famous custard cream sweet)… Bring your idea and our cake designer will turn it into reality.


Buses for the guests, a modern car for the groom, a classic car for the bride or even a boat to cross a river. In terms of transportation we work with a team of suppliers that will adjust completely to your needs.

Beauty center & Makeup

Whether you prefer an elegant type of make up or if you are a fan of the smoky eyes, we have the perfect makeup artist for you. The hair, makeup, nails, massage service is also available for you and your guests.


Very important part in a Wedding, probably the most important after food and drink. Let us know if you are thinking about an 80’s style of music, a funk & R&B band, and Irish type of repertoire or a little bit of everything. As they say, never miss a chance to dance!

Photography & Videography

Full day coverage or just half day? Thinking about having a drone? Yes, we give you different options for photo and video so that you can always remember the most important day of your lives. Vintage style, modern shots, black and white photos, with or without album, cinematography… you choose.

Flowers & Decoration

This is the factor that will change from top to bottom the venue that you pick. This is what will create the style and the atmosphere. Not to mention of course the bridal bouquet, bridesmaid’s bouquets, buttonholes. Are you already dreaming about it?

Legal Advice

Our Legal Department will make your life easier in this part of the Planning. We make sure that all the paperwork is done correctly. Both Civil and Catholic types of ceremonies are valid in your own country.
